The esplanade overlooks a pebble and partly sandy beach with tranquil seaside activities. The impressive floral display of Connaught Gardens separates the esplanade from the mile long beach of the seawashed western beach. Exmouth and Lyme Regis are both within 17 miles of the property. You will also be close to many other attractions in the area including Beer Caves and Pecorama Gardens or travel further afield to numerous National Trust properties Crealy Adventure Park and more. Staying closer to home you can enjoy the farm walks with outstanding views or see pheasants buzzards badgers and bats. Play facilities: relax in the large garden with trampoline and toys available. Farm activities: enjoy much fun with the farm pets and animals. Visitors are welcome to see milking feeding and many farm activities with cows calving all year round. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with handbasin and 1 room with twin beds and full size adult bunk beds (This can be changed to suit your needs to 1 twin with handbasin and 1 double with full size adult bunk beds) Both bedrooms offer exceptional views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: step down through a 5 9 doorway making the ceiling height normal TV DVD and dining area. Kitchen/diner: with dining table cooker microwave fridge washing machine dishwasher and many useful extras. Outside: enclosed garden with fencing cattle grid and shrubs with seating play facilities and BBQ. Additional lawn area to the side of the property great for relaxing or games on the lawn. Sidmouth is an attractive coastal town in East Devon, on the estuary of the River Syd. Part of the Jurassic coastline it has cliffs at each end of its promenade, notable for their distinctive colour. Sidmouth has a population of about 15,000 but is popular with tourists who are looking for a quite, but varied holiday location.
Sidmouth has a good range of shops and restaurants, is easily accessible by road and bus, had good leisure and sporting facilities and a beach, which whilst mainly pebbled, is also sandy at lower tide.
